Paper Preparation Schedule
By 26 February
You should e-mail your 1st draft paper to your Moderator and your fellow session authors. At the same time, you should receive papers from these colleagues–if you don’t get papers, please contact them and your Moderator.
You review your session’s author’s papers and send comments to your Moderator.
No later than 16 March
Your Moderator is responsible for compiling the comments from your colleagues and working with you to incorporate these comments into your 1st draft.
No later than 4 April
Send your 2nd draft paper to your Moderator. Moderator decides if more work is required.
If more work is required, papers will be sent to other session authors. Second set of comments on papers due to your moderator by 15 April.
No later than 20 April
Moderator compiles comments and works with you to incorporate comments into your final draft.
Between 20 April and 15 May
You and your Moderator should agree on the disposition of your final submission.
Submit a PDF version of your paper to your moderator. They will submit it to us at email@example.com. We will be posting the papers on our website. Please note, if you do not submit a paper, you will not be allowed to make a presentation at the conference.
Early Bird closes on 1 March
Discounted rate closes on 31 May (full refund less administrative fees)
